By downloading or using Rollapaya, these terms automatically apply to you. This app is provided by Matthew Fadoul for your personal use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
I grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Rollapaya on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
All trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights related to Rollapaya belong to Matthew Fadoul. You may not attempt to extract the source code, modify the app, or translate the app into other languages without express written permission.
Matthew Fadoul is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for this application. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to Rollapaya.
Rollapaya is provided "AS IS." I make no guarantees that the app will be error-free or that it will function without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss resulting from your use of or reliance on the app's functionality.
The app uses Google AdMob, which has its own terms and privacy practices. By using Rollapaya, you acknowledge your agreement to abide by the applicable third-party terms.
Versions 1.1.1 and below include AdMob-related infrastructure but do not currently serve live ads.
Version 1.2 uses Google AdMob to request and display real banner ads in the App Store version of the app. This release does not request ATT permission and uses non-tracking ads.
Versions 1.3 and above continue the same non-tracking advertising model as version 1.2. Google AdMob may request and display real banner ads. These releases do not request ATT permission unless that product decision changes in a future release.

Versions 1.3 and above offer the following non-consumable in-app purchases:
All purchase transactions are processed by Apple, Inc. via the App Store. Matthew Fadoul does not have access to your payment information. Purchases are non-consumable and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using the Restore Purchases option in the Rollapaya Store. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law; refund requests must be directed to Apple at support.apple.com.
I may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This license remains effective until terminated. I may suspend or terminate your rights under this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Rollapaya.
This Agreement and your use of Rollapaya are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Virginia for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
