Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 17, 2026

Version Notice: Rollapaya support documentation is version-aware. Privacy disclosures differ between versions 1.1.1 and below, version 1.2, and versions 1.3 and above. Advertising behavior is documented under Section 3. In-app purchase behavior is documented under Section 4.

Welcome to Rollapaya. This privacy policy explains how Matthew Fadoul ("I", "me", or "the Developer") handles data within the Rollapaya iOS application.

1. Overview

Rollapaya is designed to be a privacy-focused utility. I do not require user accounts, and I do not collect or store your personal identity, name, or contact information on any private servers.

2. Data Collection and Usage

App Functionality: Rollapaya stores app settings, saved configurations, and lightweight app state locally on your device. If a future version adds Apple-provided sync features, some of that information may also sync through your personal Apple account settings. I do not have direct access to that locally stored information.

The app uses local device storage for functionality such as preferences, dice configuration state, and similar in-app convenience features. This site and the app do not require you to create a Rollapaya account.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

Versions 1.1.1 and Below

Rollapaya includes Google AdMob-related advertising infrastructure. However, versions 1.1.1 and below do not currently serve live ads. Those versions also do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and do not rely on IDFA-based personalized advertising.

Because Google AdMob code is included in the app, Google’s services and policies remain relevant to the app’s advertising setup. More information is available in Google's Privacy Policy.

Version 1.2

In version 1.2, the App Store version of Rollapaya began using Google AdMob to request and display real banner ads in the app.

Version 1.2 uses non-tracking advertising. Rollapaya does not request ATT permission, does not use IDFA-based personalized advertising, and does not intentionally track your activity across other companies' apps or websites.

Versions 1.3 and Above

Versions 1.3 and above continue the same non-tracking advertising model established in version 1.2. Google AdMob may request and display real banner ads. Rollapaya does not request ATT permission, does not use IDFA-based personalized advertising, and does not intentionally track your activity across other companies' apps or websites unless that product decision changes in a future release.

When AdMob is active, Google's SDK and related services may process data needed to deliver ads, prevent fraud, measure performance, and support diagnostics. In accordance with Apple's Privacy Labels, the following categories may be collected by the AdMob SDK:

If advertising behavior or related data practices change in a future release, this policy will be updated before or with that release.

4. In-App Purchases (StoreKit)

Versions 1.2 and Below

Versions 1.2 and below do not include any in-app purchases.

Versions 1.3 and Above

Versions 1.3 and above offer the following non-consumable in-app purchases, all processed by Apple via StoreKit:

Rollapaya does not collect, store, or transmit your payment information. Purchase entitlement state is managed by Apple's StoreKit framework and stored locally on your device. A record of which purchasable dice packs have been copied to your library is stored locally in app preferences.

For questions about purchase history, refunds, or billing, contact Apple Support at support.apple.com.

5. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

Across both version ranges covered by this page, Rollapaya does not currently request ATT permission, and the app does not currently track your activity across other apps or websites. If that changes in a future release, this policy will be updated before or with that release.

6. GDPR and International Rights

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, versions that use advertising-related features may use a Consent Management Platform (UMP) to support applicable consent requirements. Where consent choices are presented in-app, you may be able to review or change them through the options made available in that version of the app.

7. Children's Privacy

Rollapaya does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. AdMob is configured to respect "Tag for Under Age of Consent" (TFUA) settings where applicable.
