By downloading or using Papaya Peg, these terms automatically apply to you. This app is provided by Matthew Fadoul for your personal use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
I grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Papaya Peg on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
All trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights related to Papaya Peg belong to Matthew Fadoul. You may not attempt to extract the source code, modify the app, or translate the app into other languages without express written permission.
Matthew Fadoul is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for this application. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to Papaya Peg.
Papaya Peg is provided "AS IS." I make no guarantees that the app will be error-free or that it will function without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss resulting from your use of or reliance on the app's functionality.
Papaya Peg may display banner advertisements using Google AdMob and may use Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent where required. Your use of the app is also subject to Google's applicable advertising and privacy practices.
Papaya Peg may offer optional Apple Game Center features, including leaderboards and awards (Game Center achievements). If you choose to enable these features, you authorize Papaya Peg to submit the gameplay information needed for those features, such as scores and award or achievement progress, to Apple through Game Center. Your use of Game Center is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, privacy policy, and Game Center settings.
I may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This license remains effective until terminated. I may suspend or terminate your rights under this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Papaya Peg.
This Agreement and your use of Papaya Peg are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Virginia for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
